We are excited that you want to join our team of dedicated individuals who seek to guide and mentor the next generation in faith. This application will help us get to know you better and understand your heart for youth ministry.

Life & Leadership Readiness

We believe that God uses people in process. This section isn't about perfection - it's about knowing how to walk with you well. Leadership is a place of influence, so we want to make sure you're in a healthy place to pour into others and be poured into yourself.

Are there any personal challenges, past experiences, or current struggles that might impact your leadership or spiritual growth right now? (This could be anything - emotional, relational, behavioral, spiritual - big or small. We're not looking for perfect, just honest.)

Is there anything in your life that you're currently working on or receiving help for (ex: anxiety, identity, relationships, addiction, same sex-attraction, pornography, illegal drugs, marijuana, sexual activity, etc) that would be helpful for us to know as your leaders?

Are there any limitations - physical, mental, emotional, or time-related - that might affect your ability to fully participate in LiT? (We'll use this to help set you up for success, not to disqualify you)
