I. Read Hosea 10:2

1. How does this verse apply to you, personally?
2. How is your participation in the CULTIVATE: GROW FLOW SOW vision connected to how we will live out this verse as a church body, together?

II. Read 1 Corinthians 3:6-9

1.  Why is ‘seed’ a useful metaphor for understanding how God works in and through the church?
2. Who have been the Paul and Apollos in your life? How has God worked through the Church and any specific church to plant, water and grow the seed of God’s Kingdom in your life?

III. Read 2 Corinthians 9:6-15

1. What would you have felt if you were a believer in Corinth and you got this letter from Paul, representing the voice of God to you, asking you to give?
2. How is money like a seed? How did money, as seed, help fuel the mission of the early church?
3. How is money - as seed - needed to fuel the mission of Centerpoint Church, the church that you are a part of now?

IV. Read again, 2 Corinthians 6:9-8

1. What has been your journey of generosity toward the church? What kind of step do you feel him prompting you to make regarding ‘sowing generously’?

1. How does the promise of God’s response to your generosity (in verses such as Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, etc.) make you feel?
2. How have you seen God fulfill his promise regarding responding to your generosity with His faithfulness and goodness?
